Medical Billing Specialist
I went through 3 interviews with supervisors and managers. It started with a recruiter interview, which was really laid back and friendly. Then, I interviewed with the main manager of the billing department. After that, I spoke with the coding manager, and she liked me so much she brought in another manager to interview me too. Ultimately, they hired someone with more experience.
- Tell me about a time you had to make an executive decision.
Medicare Billing Specialist
The interview itself was fine, and I was offered the job really fast. But things went sideways after that. During the background check and drug test, I was apparently supposed to get an offer letter, but it never came. I got an email from HR demanding I sign it. When I asked them to confirm I could take a vacation I had already planned, they took back the offer.
- Can you describe your experience with Medicare claims?
Principal Engineer
The interview experience was pleasant. The interviewer was polite. The role seemed to be for a senior delivery manager, for which I wasn't the right fit, but it was a good experience overall.
- How do you handle conflict?
