The interview was a behavioral discussion, very conversational. I had the chance to guide the conversation towards what I wanted to discuss. It was an interviewee-led process, and I felt comfortable right away. There was one round with three interviewers. Overall, it was a really positive experience, just make sure you're ready!

Got referred by someone internal. Had an initial screen with a senior recruiter who talked about the role and different teams since they were hiring for many producer roles. Went through 9 interviews with people from various teams to see where I'd fit best. It was a great experience and the people I interviewed with seemed genuinely interested in getting to know my personality and how my skills would work for the role and company. Tip: Research the company a lot and know your key skills that fit the role to explain why you want to work with this company and in this role.

Behavioral Technical

The interview process included an initial phone screen followed by two in-person interviews. Each of these in-person interviews lasted about 2 to 2.5 hours. Around 4 interviewers were present for each session, and the interviews took place between 9 AM and 5 PM on a weekday. In total, I spoke with about 8-10 people. I did not receive any feedback on my performance after the interview, despite reaching out to their HR. I would not recommend this company due to their grueling interview process, which requires scheduling around their availability and offers no feedback.

Behavioral Technical

I first heard from a recruiter on LinkedIn. We had a call about some job openings they had. He then asked for my resume to pass along to the team. The next day, they reached out saying they wanted to interview me. I ended up talking with three people: someone in the role, a VP, and a senior manager. They mainly asked about my background and my experience, including general duties and specific projects. It was a pretty standard interview process. Everyone I met was very approachable and easy to chat with.
