The interviews were good. First, there was a company culture fit interview with some technical questions, and a discussion about career goals. Then, a client interview to ensure there would be work available. Initially, the first client project was on hold pending funding, but DOU kept me updated. Following that, a technical interview with a team lead happened, and then they made an offer.

The interview process was a really nice and fast experience. First, a recruiter from talent acquisition reached out. We chatted about the role, my experience, and career aspirations before moving to the first technical interview. The company's technical interviewers are actually the people doing the work, so you can gauge their technical skill early on. By the third interview, I had a solid understanding of the company culture and the team's mindset. Initially, I wasn't sure about changing jobs, but after my final interview, I was very eager to join the company!

Technical
