Behavioral Technical Presentation

The interview process felt pretty standard and relaxed. Everyone was nice and had good attitudes. But their words didn't match their actions, like when they said "You are our top candidate" in the last interview, only to tell me later "We decided to go with another candidate." During the interview, they seemed engaged with my responses and my answers seemed to exceed their expectations. By the end of the final interview, they appeared to really want me to join their team, complimenting my assignments and giving positive feedback. However, their words and actions didn't line up, which made me doubt their reliability and realize it wasn't the right company for me, even though I initially really wanted to work there. That thought was quickly proven wrong.

First there was a short test to complete after uploading my resume and any links. Then I had a 1st interview with one person, and the 2nd interview was conducted with team members. If selected, there was a final interview.

There were two interviews that took place, one with the hiring manager and then another with the associate director. I think it went pretty well, but unfortunately, I wasn't selected to move on to a third round. This was for a remote position.

I talked to the Legal and Recruiting Coordinator over the phone, and it seemed fine. They emailed me later to see when I could chat with a senior leader. I told them my availability, and then nothing. I emailed the coordinator twice, but still no response. Super frustrating.
