This was the worst experience of my career. After two interviews, one for soft skills and another one, they made me an offer at 9:30 am on a Tuesday. We agreed I would start a week later, even traveling to Bolivia for 6 weeks, for which I sent a photo of my passport via email. In the afternoon, they told me my start date was moved back 2 weeks. By this time, to avoid complicating my then-current job, I had already resigned. The next day, Wednesday, they informed me the company had decided to revoke my offer, as they wanted another manager to interview me. After that interview, they would finally decide if they would make me the offer or not. There are no words to describe the chaos they have caused in my life. A little over 3 days after receiving the offer, I had the interview with this other manager, who, when giving me his feedback, told me things he thought I 'said well' (note: this person is not in my area vs. me, who has over a decade of experience in QA and multiple certifications, does this person know more than me?). This manager also made sure to tell me he 'worried' that I had changed companies 'a lot'... even though I indicated that I have a career of almost two decades in software development and quality. A while later, VIA WHATSAPP, they informed me they 'decided not to continue,' without giving me reasons. By that point, I was already jobless, and I am currently searching. Do not trust this company. I doubt such a detestable and irresponsible act was a one-off. By the way, I was not compensated in any way for being left jobless after they revoked my offer. An absolute shame.

This was one of the most unnecessary interview processes I've ever been through. I went through 2 rounds of HR interviews and 2 technical interviews. The technical interviews didn't really ask technical questions, more like situational ones. There was also a soft skills interview and some psychological tests pending, but then I just got a super generic rejection. They denied giving feedback when I asked. It seems like they don't know what they want, especially considering the role has been reposted for over a month and judging by Glassdoor, leadership is indecisive.

First there was an aptitude test which included logical and arithmetic problems. Then there were tests for scenarios and test cases, including function integration and system test cases. After that, I had to complete a Java programming test where I had to reverse a string and find the length of an array. I also had a SQL test covering subqueries and joins. Following this, there were two technical rounds, Technical 1 and Technical 2, and finally, a final round.
