I went through three rounds of interviews for this job. The first round involved finding bugs in some HTML-like code, with 4 questions. The second round was a chat with someone from the team, mostly about my resume and past work. The last round had coding and CSS questions, which were pretty easy. Everyone I talked to was nice, and the whole thing moved fast. But then, nothing – no feedback, not even a generic rejection email. Pretty disappointing after putting in the time.

I had two interviews, each about an hour and a half long. I met with multiple people individually, so I might have repeated myself. The questions were pretty straightforward, mainly focusing on my background, my interest in the company, and how I'd handle different scenarios. I also had to complete a quick worksheet on how I'd address client questions. Everything seemed to go well, and I enjoyed meeting the team, but then they went completely silent. They said I'd hear back soon, but even after I followed up via email, they never replied. I didn't think that was very professional.

Behavioral Case

This whole interview process took way over 3 months. The first interview was about 3 hours long which felt excessive since they interviewed me one-on-one instead of having multiple interviewers at once, which would have been way faster. They also didn't mention the pay cycle, which makes it tough to budget, especially with a smaller salary.

  • Give me a specific instance of how you handled a particular situation.

Behavioral Technical

First, a phone call with the manager and team lead where we discussed my resume and some situational questions. Then, an in-person interview with the manager and team lead, focusing more on situational questions and giving me a chance to ask about the role. Finally, I met the rest of the team, and then the company president.

Confirmed questions1 question
  • Describe a situation where you had a conflict with a coworker.
