It was pretty laid back, with 3 interviews. The first one was with HR, and the second one was with the manager you'd be reporting to. They asked a couple of usual interview questions, but mostly it was just a chat.

Behavioral

It was a pretty easy, open, and comfortable interview. The interviewers weren't intimidating and were really friendly. It gave a good sense of the work environment being great. This is helpful because you get a real feel for the employer. I usually like to check out the area when waiting for my interview and observe the attitude and vibes. Overall, everyone was down to earth. It's not a super corporate job, so you just have to be yourself, have a positive attitude, and answer with what you know.

Talked with the hiring manager. It was a really thorough and detailed interview. They asked a lot about my background and why I think I'd be a good fit for this role. It felt very focused on HR aspects.
