First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Digital Brand Architects.
Talent Coordinator
It was pretty laid back, with 3 interviews. The first one was with HR, and the second one was with the manager you'd be reporting to. They asked a couple of usual interview questions, but mostly it was just a chat.
- What do you consider your greatest weakness?
- How would you rate your attention to detail on a scale of 1 to 10?
Talent Management
The interview process involved two rounds: an initial conversation with HR, followed by a discussion with the direct manager. It was a pretty straightforward process, feeling more like a chat than a formal interview. The HR part covered typical behavioral questions, while the manager's interview focused on questions relevant to the daily responsibilities of the role.
- What are your career aspirations for the next five years?
- Do you have prior experience with Quickbase and creatorIQ?
- Could you share one of your strengths and one of your weaknesses?
Intern
It was a pretty easy, open, and comfortable interview. The interviewers weren't intimidating and were really friendly. It gave a good sense of the work environment being great. This is helpful because you get a real feel for the employer. I usually like to check out the area when waiting for my interview and observe the attitude and vibes. Overall, everyone was down to earth. It's not a super corporate job, so you just have to be yourself, have a positive attitude, and answer with what you know.
- Are you familiar with or do you follow fashion or beauty blogs?
Talent Assistant
Talked with the hiring manager. It was a really thorough and detailed interview. They asked a lot about my background and why I think I'd be a good fit for this role. It felt very focused on HR aspects.
- What are your career aspirations for the next five years?
