I had to meet a lot of people, which felt like too many for a VP role. It seemed like they weren't sure what they were looking for because the discussions didn't seem to connect. I met various VPs and two C-suite execs, and then there was a silence for over a week. It just felt a bit disorganized.

It was a 30-minute phone call, the first step in the process, though it was a bit tricky to coordinate the timing. The person I spoke with was really pleasant and helpful. They wanted to learn about my past experiences, asked some general getting-to-know-you questions, and threw in a few behavioral ones.

I applied online and then the hiring manager reached out pretty fast to set up a quick phone screen. After that, I was invited for an in-person interview where I met the whole SF team, about 6 people. The interview was set up so I met them in pairs: associates, sales reps, an account manager, and the ad ops manager. Everyone was really nice and it didn't feel intimidating at all. Sadly, I didn't move forward after that.

Behavioral Case

I talked to the CEO first, then four other people. So that's six conversations total over about a week and a half, since one person I talked to twice. It was all super chill and conversational. Everyone was really nice. Then, nothing, which sucked and was really unprofessional.
