I sent in my resume and the office manager contacted me for an interview. I met with the chief editor and the CEO, and it went well. They then asked me to prepare and submit a proposal. After I submitted it, we talked over the next few days. It's been three weeks now, and even though they said I'd hear back, I haven't gotten any word from them.
