Principal Software Engineer
The process was two weeks long, starting with a recruiter call. Then there were three technical rounds: the first was about my current project architecture, the second involved designing a URL shortening service, and the third was a system design round focusing on a UPI system. The final round was a behavioral interview asking about Java features, and then a salary discussion. They gave me the offer after two weeks.

It was a one day online drive on a Saturday and all rounds are eliminational. First round was done by someone who didn't even turn on his camera and just asked me Q&A of Js, React and output of code snippets, No intro-nothing Then in next few hours, next round was scheduled, it's about a React round, creating a small project and how my react and js knowledge is, and then hiring manager, it's a combination of technical, situational and behavioral questions, and he explained about the company and what the team does very well. You can tell that he's very passionate about it.

Elasticsearch Administrator
The interview process started well. The first round was with a senior manager to discuss my experience and expertise with relevant skills, which went well. The second round was another technical assessment focusing on a deeper analysis of my skills, and that also went extremely well. However, after the second round, the employer became unresponsive. I tried contacting HR multiple times for feedback but received no reply, which was very disappointing for a company of this caliber. My advice to management is to avoid conducting interviews if you don't intend to hire, as it wastes candidates' time and effort. Every candidate should receive interview feedback.

Account Executive
I applied for a position a month ago and heard back from a recruiter about moving forward for an interview. We scheduled it, I prepped over the weekend, but on Monday morning, the interview was cancelled with no explanation. I messaged the recruiter to see if it was a mistake, but got no reply. I reached out again the next day to express my continued interest and ask about rescheduling, but never got a response. Two days later, I received an automated rejection email. I feel like they should have just communicated that they hired someone else. It was so unprofessional and disappointing because I was really excited about the company. I'd advise others to avoid this company because they don't seem to have their internal priorities straight.
