The interview process was pretty straightforward and relaxed. Expect a panel interview with questions focused on P and ID concepts. The people interviewing were friendly, and you can expect to hear back about the outcome in a few days or weeks.
- Can you explain P and ID and also draw the control diagram?
Communications Manager
First contact was by email, then I had 3 interviews. Each interview had 2 people. They were face-to-face at the company's office. We spoke in English and French. The atmosphere was very cold. I never got any feedback from the recruiter, and they didn't reply to my emails even after I followed up.
- Can you tell me about your experience?
- What's your perspective on how this company handles communication?
- What steps would you suggest to enhance communication here?
