So first, you gotta fill out an application, then depending on if you're looking at acute care or long term care contracts, there's a quiz/exam to check your knowledge. You need over an 80% to pass. After that, they send your resume to the employer to see if they wanna move forward.

I talked to them on the phone. They checked my references. I had to do a drug screen. I also got a TB test and sent in my shot records. They made me take an online clinical exam to check my skills. They told me about the job details like where it is, what I'd do, how long it lasts, the pay, and who I'd report to.
