First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Dieste.
Social and Digital Strategy Intern
The interview was a 45min-1hr Teams meeting. It honestly felt more like a conversation and you could tell that my interviewer had actually looked at my resume. I could tell that they had it open during the interview and asked me questions right from it. Overall, a very positive experience and low stress experience.
- Can you tell me about a brand or recent campaign that you believe is excelling on social media?
- Conversely, which brand do you think isn't performing optimally on social media?
Production Associate
The interview was pretty basic. I interviewed over the phone, and it lasted about 30 minutes. They asked me specific questions about information on my resume. However, they did not bother telling me if I got the internship or not.
- Would you be open to relocating for this position?
Producer
It was a really quick and easy interview process. They were super upfront about everything, the good and the bad. I actually had a great time interviewing and liked the people I met enough to leave a job I was happy at and accept their offer.
- Can you tell me about your strengths?
Strategic Planner
The interview process involved several meetings. I spoke with the management team I'd be working with daily. They were open and provided a clear picture of what the role entails. I was able to determine how I would fit in and contribute before accepting the offer.
- Why are you the best candidate for this position?
