I applied online and heard back from a recruiter about a week later for an online interview. There were three rounds in total, spread over about a month. I managed to pass all of them. The recruiter then asked for proof of my previous salary, and then shockingly told me they didn't have any open positions anymore. This whole thing took almost two months and was a real waste of time.
