Behavioral Case

This interview was pretty weird and all over the place. Honestly, it felt unprofessional and like they didn't respect my time. I had a Skype call for about an hour where we talked about my background and what I know about Didi and Latin America. They said they'd send a job description, but I never got one. Then, they scheduled an interview with two senior product people, but they messed up the booking and then just canceled the whole thing instead of rescheduling. After that, they told me to forget the interview and just do a homework assignment. The task was to 'Design product strategy and roadmap for Latam cashless society,' which usually takes about 10 days of research, but they only gave me 48 hours. I had to cancel some important things to get it done. I didn't hear anything back for two weeks, even after following up twice. When they finally responded, they said they were going with someone else and the only feedback I got was that I didn't include enough data.
