I had one initial chat with the recruiter and then two more interviews with the hiring manager and the team. Each interview was about 45 minutes long and they were spaced out about a week apart. A coordinator was assigned to me and was very helpful.

Behavioral Behavioral

I went through three interviews. The first was with an HR person located in Mexico, who asked about my background and included some parts in English. The second interview was more about assessing cultural alignment and my past relevant experience. The last interview was quite negative; the interviewer seemed unwilling to conduct it and uninterested in my qualifications and background. Both the second and third interviews involved many behavioral questions like 'Tell me about a time...' and also had an English component. The offered salary isn't competitive for someone with over 5 years of experience and a Master's degree.
