First, you'll have an initial chat with HR, and then you'll have one or two more meetings on Microsoft Teams with the folks you'll be working with day-to-day. The HR talk was about 30 minutes and the team member chats were about 30-45 minutes.

I applied online and heard back from HR within a few days to schedule a phone interview. Then, after that was approved, we set up a date for an in-person interview. When I arrived, I only waited about 15 minutes. HR gave me a tour of the office and then I met with 4 people of different levels and roles. The whole on-site interview took about 2 hours. Some interviewers were more engaged than others, and one person just sat there without saying anything. I didn't get the job, but I still have a good impression of the company. It was a typical interview process, not too hard.

The hiring process is substantial. We do a couple phone interviews and then an in-office interview. You'll talk with eight or nine professionals and HR. This job requires you to be really good at talking with all sorts of people to keep multiple projects moving at once.
