The interview process was great! I applied and got a call the next day. I arrived early for my interview, and the staff was very welcoming. The store manager, who was polite and professional, started the interview right on time. It was about an hour long and went by fast. They asked me to come back the next day for a second interview with the District Manager, also in person. There were other people interviewing that afternoon, and I think I was the last one. The District Manager was really knowledgeable and answered all my questions professionally. I was super impressed with the conversation and how the interview was handled. I really wanted to work for him!

I had a face-to-face interview with the store manager in his office. He was very professional and friendly and you could tell he liked his job and the company. The interview was conversation like and included the 10 question company provided questionaire. The DM was a more in depth interviewer as I expected, but if you know your retail business then the questions are easy. Make sure you smile, let some personality come through, ask questions and thank them for seeing you. Don't ask "typical first timer" type of questions. Ask them what their challenges are and tell them how you can fix them. Overall, easy interview.

Started with an online assessment which was pretty standard. Then had a phone interview with the recruiter that took about an hour, mostly straightforward situational questions. The interview with the district manager was chill, but they didn't really stick to the situational question format. After the in-person interview, they said the recruiter would get back to me, but no response yet to calls or emails.
