I got ghosted after completing the entire interview process, this is why im leaving a negative experience. My application on workday is still listed as active, but no one will reply to emails about the position and the position is not searchable elsewhere. It's been a very confusing conclusion after all these steps. Had an initial 1v1 video screen with a hiring manager to make sure you are real and can answer simple software engineering questions. Then an online coding assessment using Codility. Followed by one Panel interview with engineers. And one Panel interview with product owners.

A recruiter reached out on LinkedIn about a Software Engineer role that's contract-to-hire. My resume was passed to the hiring manager who wanted to interview me. The interview happened quickly, and we talked about my resume and past work. I was told a take-home test would be sent by the end of the week, but after the good interview, I heard nothing more from the company or the recruiter.

So I applied and then a recruiter hit me up and sent me a link to do a codility assessment. After that, I had to do this pre-recorded interview that was all about customer service kind of questions. Once I finished that, I had 2 interviews with 2 different software engineers. They were really nice and made me feel comfortable. The interviews had a mix of technical and behavioral questions, but no live coding.
