Super straightforward hiring process! It involved two interviews. The assistant manager and the store manager each conducted their own interview. The hiring timeline was quite fast. Since it was around the holidays, we had to be ready for the holiday rush.

Applied online and got a call about two weeks later. The interviewer seemed unprepared, like they hadn't seen my application. They don't check the uploaded resume, only the form boxes. The interviewer was confused about how I'd manage my current job and the new one, even after I said I'd leave my current job. This was a major hang-up for them. The interview was under 15 minutes and felt like the management was disorganized. I wore a business suit and it seemed to intimidate the interviewer. After talking with management, I decided against working there.

The interview process started with a recruiter call, followed by an interview with the HR manager, then the store manager, and finally the district manager. It was a lengthy process. They asked several situational questions. The best way to answer them is by describing the situation, your actions, and the outcome. There were very minimal follow-up questions.

Confirmed questions1 question
  • Describe a situation where you had to handle changing priorities.
