The interview process felt pretty easy and went smoothly at first. I had four phone screenings with HR and three senior scientists. After that, the main interview was a virtual one that lasted from 9 am to 4 pm, and I spoke with about 15-20 people. It was a lot. What was disappointing is that after all that, they didn't give me any feedback. They just mentioned they had an internal candidate already. It makes me wonder why they'd put an external candidate through so many interviews if they couldn't even explain why the internal person was a better fit. I really expected some feedback after going through so many interviews.

It took all day with 14 different people in the group. Everyone was very friendly and professional. Got a good understanding how everyone works together and what is expected. Got free lunch everyday!

It was a long process with 3 rounds involving HR, the hiring manager, and other team members. We didn't get much feedback during the process. They asked for references which they never ended up calling. After I sent the references, HR never got back to me. They should really treat candidates better and communicate more effectively.

Had a phone screen with the hiring manager and HR, then came in for about 3.5 hours of interviews. Everyone was really nice and had good things to say about the company. Seems like an honest company with dedicated employees. It did take longer than expected to get feedback after the interview, about 3 weeks.
