First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at DICE.
Client Success Specialist
The application process was quite lengthy and involved many stages that seemed excessive for the role. Ironically, after being so engaged during the application, they went silent for weeks post-interview.
- What drew you to DICE?
Client Success Specialist
It was a long, month-long interview process with 4 rounds of interviews plus a written assessment. None of the interviews were with HR, which left me unsure about things like insurance and benefits since the department team interviewing me didn't have the answers. I just got vague responses, possibly because the team is HQ'd in London and their benefits might be different from US benefits. Salary was never discussed, even when I asked twice. It was new to me for a process to last this long without knowing what's in it for the candidate and it seemed disorganized.
- Have you ever used Dice?
Client Success Specialist
Had a quick 15-minute HR phone call, then a second 30-minute video call with two managers. After that, there was an assessment and a final interview. Overall, it was a good experience, but I messed up the final interview and didn't get an offer.
