Computer Programmer
The interview process is pretty standard. They ask about your job history and education. Where you are located and what skill set you have developed. They then have you intern for approximately 3 months during which your pay is basic. After this trial period they then decide to hire you at which point your salary increases, you receive medical insurance and other employee benefits.

It was a really positive experience, and everyone was very professional. I was nervous at first, but after the initial two questions, I felt much more comfortable. They asked general questions about my understanding of the company and how I could contribute to the specific role I applied for.

Sup er relaxed! I sent my resume to the Talent Acquisition Specialist, we had a short conversation in English to proof my language skills and then she was very friendly and supportive. Just be yourself as long as you speak fluently English.

Receptionist
It was an average hiring process. You just need to be prepared and look professional. Like any interview, you have to sell yourself and your skills. The HR person was pleasant and the office was very nice. You meet one on one, and there's no pressure or intimidation at all.
