Behavioral

The recruitment process felt unprofessional, with poor communication, a lack of transparency, and no constructive feedback. We experienced delayed responses and unclear rejections, which was frustrating and felt like a waste of our time and effort.

The in-person interview had two parts. First, I talked with the HR manager about my resume, personality, and career goals. Then, I met with the Engineering manager to discuss technical stuff and review engineering concepts. They gave me a tour too. I almost didn't consider the offer because of bad Glassdoor reviews, but the manager clarified that most were from a disgruntled former employee. I think it could have been a good fit, and I'm writing this to encourage others to look deeper into the company.

Behavioral Technical

Got a quick callback and set up an interview with a recruiter. Definitely research the company and team vibe before accepting. The HR person was really helpful and open, but the higher-ups seemed unsure about what they actually needed from IT, though they didn't really say so.

Behavioral Presentation

We talked about the job duties, what the company needed, and what the previous person in the role didn't do well. Then we went over some situational questions to see how I'd handle things. I got to ask questions, meet some people I'd be working with, and got a quick tour.
