First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Diamond Braces.
Dental Treatment Coordinator
The interview process at Diamond Braces usually starts with a virtual meeting, then an in-person meeting where you can check out the place and see if it's a good fit. The whole thing usually takes about a week.
- Tell me about your ability to handle stressful situations.
Doctor
It was a straightforward process, I shadowed the clinic and they asked me a lot about the day-to-day work. I got to see what my schedule would look like. The interviewer was happy to answer all my questions.
- Are you able to work on weekends, or do you only work weekdays?
Marketing Assistant
I got there and met the person interviewing me. They asked me some questions about me, and then a few about the job I was applying for. After that, the interviewer asked if I had any questions for them.
- Could you tell me about your industry experience?
- What can you bring to our organization?
- Have you worked with people before?
Patient Coordinator
The interview for the Patient Coordinator role was conducted over Zoom. They mentioned that the entire Zoom interview would be recorded, which I found to be highly unprofessional. I think they should have told me this before the interview started. I suspect this is their method for screening out candidates based on factors other than their qualifications. They only inform you about the recording right as the interview is about to begin. I've never had an interview recorded before, and it made me feel uncomfortable.
- Can you share details about your previous work experience?
- What is your educational background?
- What are your general work availability hours?
