I saw some online chatter on Reddit and other places suggesting this company might be a pyramid scheme. They wanted me to move and have a long commute for a marketing role, but then they sprung on me that they actually wanted me for sales.

It was a really nice and chill interview process. The first one was just to get to know me and see what kind of worker I am. I'm going in for the second interview tomorrow.

I sent in my resume and they got back to me the next day to set up an interview for the following Monday. On the way, there was a crash on the interstate, so I called the HR person and asked if we could reschedule. She said she was also stuck and told me to move to the left lane. I arrived about 10 minutes late, but they welcomed me warmly. I had to fill out a short paper form, and then I was called in for the interview. The questions weren't surprising, like "what are your hobbies?" and "what's a good schedule for you?". They told me I'd hear back if I passed. It was very efficient, and they let you know quickly if you made the cut.

The interview was about 30 minutes and not stressful. It focused more on personal habits and personalities than actual work experience. The company could help improve your skills in face-to-face sales and marketing if that's an area you're interested in. I passed the first round, but I don't think I'll proceed because I'm looking for an office job.
