First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Dialysis Clinic Inc.
Clinic Nurse Manager
The interview process was smooth. I spoke with the director and scheduled the interview. The interview was held in the clinic and nurse manager office, which was vacant at the time.
- What is your greatest professional accomplishment?
- Describe your strengths and weaknesses.
- How would you handle challenging circumstances?
Clinical Research Coordinator
It was a straightforward interview process focusing on critical thinking. The hiring manager was really nice, and the nephrologist was exceptionally nice too! They mainly wanted to ensure I'd be a good addition to the team. They assessed my critical thinking skills and the nephrologist evaluated my ability to perform under pressure.
- Can you tell me why you are interested in this position and what skills you possess that make you a strong candidate for our team?
- Why do you want to work here and what skills do you have that would make you a great fit in joining our team?
Software Engineer
I first applied online but didn't hear back. About a month later, a recruiter from TEK Systems reached out about the same job, giving a quick overview of the role and the interview steps. After I completed an internal assessment and provided two references two weeks later, I was invited for a technical phone interview. This 20-minute technical interview involved me answering about 15-20 questions on SQL and LINQ. The interviewer asked a question, waited for my answer, and then typed it up. There wasn't any time for me to ask questions, and when I finally asked about the role at the very end, the interviewer rudely just pointed me back to the recruiter. The whole vibe was negative, like I was talking to a robot. The next day, I tried to get feedback from the recruiter, but no luck. She eventually called me back two hours later to say the company wasn't moving forward with my application for this position.
- What is Denormalization and what are its use cases?
- Can you explain Denormalization and the reasons for using it?
Nurse Consultant
I'm already working for DCI as a PRN Nurse at a Hemodialysis Clinic, and I saw an internal email about a Corporate Nurse Consultant Position that was open in Nashville, TN. So, I emailed Talent Acquisition at DCI about my interest in the position, and he set up a telephone interview with the Director of the program at the Corporate Office. After a brief telephone interview with the Director, she told me to email her my availability to get me down to Nashville to do a face-to-face interview, and they would cover the hotel and flight for me to come interview.
- Can you tell me a little about yourself?
- What motivated you to want to work for DCI?
- What led you to apply for this particular position with DCI?
