First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Dialpad.
Sales Development Representative
I had an initial call with a recruiter, then talked to some managers. The last step was a virtual presentation where I did a mock outbound SDR pitch using their template and a meeting room link. They gave me clear expectations for the presentation, so I spent a lot of time creating a full outbound plan and then presented it to a panel of leaders. The recruiter was nice and kept in touch at the beginning. The interviewers seemed interested during my presentation and asked good questions. The presentation itself felt like a good preview of what the SDR job is like. What wasn't great was that after the final presentation, they just stopped communicating. I got an email from the recruiter saying they'd check with the team and let me know ASAP, but I never heard back with a clear decision. I followed up a few times over the next couple of weeks, but still no final answer. I get that companies can be busy, but after going through the whole process and doing a long presentation, it was a bummer not to get a final decision or even just basic closure.

Sales Development Representative
The interview process was straightforward. The people were great, and the product seemed good. I already knew some folks at Dialpad who had positive things to say. It just wasn't the right fit for me at that moment, but I'd think about it again down the line.
- What do you seek in a workplace?
Sales Development Representative
There were 3 rounds in total, all conducted via their own app. It was pretty straightforward. The first two rounds focused on personality and getting a feel for me, and the last round was a practice sales call.
