Claims Representative
The hiring process was super quick. I basically got hired as soon as I sat down. No prior experience is needed for this role. Just make sure you dress well and bring water because there can be a wait in the lobby.

Pharmacy Service Agent
The initial application was quick, took about a minute to fill out since I was careful. Right after that, I had an automated phone interview. It was a bit stressful because of the time limit to answer before it moved on. The next day, I got a text for an interview. I was a little suspicious because it was a text, so I called to confirm, and they said it was the recruiter's preferred contact method. I scheduled the interview for that same day. When I got there, it was a bit intimidating. Inside the entrance, there was a desk where they directed me to a room with computers for another online application and a phone interview. I was confused since I thought I had already done both, but I went through with it. As I finished the second application, I was sure it was the same one I did online earlier. I told the receptionist I had already done the phone interview, and she had me wait. After a long wait, about 4 of us applicants were taken to a conference room. We waited there for quite a while, long enough for one person to leave because she had to pick up her kid. After everyone was interviewed, we were told to go for a drug test, but we had to wait until the next day because it was late afternoon and the clinic was closing.

Customer Care Advocate
The interview process started with a panel interview. It included a recruiter and another candidate. The recruiter was very personable and had the application packet with a survey of availability and computer assessment results. The call center vibe was pleasant too. After some basic questions, the recruiter described the position and asked about our interest. I was called back for a second interview with the management team two weeks later. This was also a panel interview, but it was less pleasant. One manager was very chatty and seemed overly attentive to the other panel interviewee. No one was rude to me, but I felt overlooked. I was asked the questions first, but the other candidate heard them, had time to think, and could hear my answers, like we were competing. It felt odd. Then, the management team left to confer, and I was called from the room to speak with the recruiter in his office. He politely told me management declined to offer me a position but that I could reapply in 60 days.

Customer Service Representative
You can apply online or in person. After applying, you'll take an assessment that takes about an hour. Then, a prerecorded call will assess your communication and phone skills. They contacted me for an interview within 24 hours, which was super fast! When I got to the interview, I had to do another assessment where I listened to customer calls and answered questions about them, which took about 30 minutes. The HR Coordinator, who was really nice and to the point, interviewed me next. He said he wanted to move me to the second interview right away. I met two supervisors who asked me more specific questions about my background and what I want to do in the future. They approved me for hire and sent me back to HR. I filled out the new hire paperwork, got a drug test form, and was offered the job. They really stress the importance of not missing work, being on time, and schedule flexibility.
