It was thorough but exhausting with a few people. Practical parts were possible. They checked knowledge and skills. They use random questions to gauge pressure responses and assess adaptability. It shows how a candidate performs under uncertainty and if they can think on their feet without being rattled.

Had a 45-minute chat where they asked about my background and skills. They also talked a lot about how their department operates and answered all my questions, which was cool. But then they totally ghosted me. They said they'd reply within a week, then sent an email about a delay and never heard back. Their system also makes it hard to follow up.

This was my first interview after university. It first involved a chat with HR and a manager from the team I'd be joining, then a chat with a senior engineer from that team. he was pretty nice, and it started with some general/theoretical questions about databases, concurrency, security, etc. Then some more specific .NET and C# questions, as well as questions about Azure. I didn't know some specific C# libraries and I think that's one of the reasons I didn't get an offer.

I applied online by submitting my CV. Then I had two face-to-face interviews with management. They communicated well throughout the process. It wasn't a difficult interview, it mostly involved basic reasoning and describing past situations. The first interview was one-on-one. I was then invited for a second interview, which was with two interviewers.
