The interview process itself was great, with Julie and Robert being excellent listeners and very professional. My main issue was with Aerotek, who handled the background check, and my experience with them was negative. Although I happily accepted the offer, the background check didn't clear quickly enough. I've been emailing them for four weeks about the issue, and they said they'd get back to me. I couldn't wait for Aerotek to resolve it, so I pursued another opportunity and received an on-the-spot offer. I really wish I could have started with Dexcom, as it seemed like a great chance.

Behavioral Technical Other

The interview process was taxing, misinformed, and deceitful. They said things would move quickly, but it took a couple of weeks. They were not accommodating with scheduling, calling last minute and not having availability for times that worked for me, leading me to take off work. The initial greeting was cold, and the interviewers made no eye contact. After the interview, HR said I'd hear back in 24-48 hours, but after 3 days I had to reach out. They then said they needed to check with the team, which seemed odd. A week later, HR claimed they were out of town and would follow up, which they hadn't mentioned before. This suggests disorganization, especially with only one HR person handling things. The HR department needs training on how to interact with people. It seems like they don't like working with humans. I had a bad feeling about it and should have trusted my gut. They pay well, but good luck getting past the initial screeners.

Behavioral Technical

I first met people at the Workforce office and then at the hotel for some introductions. Then, I had a phone interview. The following week, I went through an hour-long interview, which felt like a lot for a job at this level. They said it would take another week to hear back about being hired, which also seemed like a long time for a low-level position.
