Technical Recruiter
So I got a recruiter call for the technical recruiter position and I passed all the rounds. Then there was the onboarding process. My start date was supposed to be August 5th, but I had some health issues and asked for an extension. The recruiter was cool with it and said they'd hold my spot. So I told them I'd start September 1st. I also asked about the offer letter, and they said I'd get it when I came into the office. I showed up on September 1st and called them about the offer letter. They then said they'd call me back to let me know if they were moving forward with me. So yeah, what should I do now?
- Can you ask me some regular questions?
- Can you ask me some job role questions?
Technical Support Engineer
The interview process was smooth and easy. Just be sure to do your homework and use the STAR method when answering questions. Talk about your skills that fit the job and just be yourself.
- Tell me about a tough situation you handled in your last role.
Software Engineer
The interview process was really bad. After I got an offer letter, they took it back. They initially said the role was for a client, PayPal, but then the HR person stopped answering calls and said the position wasn't available anymore.
- Data Structures and Algorithms (DSA) questions and stuff about my work
QA Engineer
The interview process was very brief and straightforward. It consisted of a single phone call where they asked direct questions. Essentially, during the interview, it becomes clear whether you understand your field or not.
