Behavioral Case Presentation

It's a tough three-part interview process. First, a recruiter chats with you about behavioral stuff. Then, the manager has you do a patient case study, which involves diagnosis, lab interpretation, and a treatment plan. Finally, you talk to some senior leaders. Honestly, this whole process felt really draining because they're super enthusiastic about hiring you, but then they just disappear after you've done all the interviews. It's annoying because I put in a lot of time preparing and interviewing while still working my job, and I just wish they'd send a quick email saying I didn't get it, instead of leaving me hanging.

Behavioral

Recruiter was bubbly and got me in to interview 3 times with supervisors where everyone was bubbly. Then got ghosted afterwards by recruiter. No follow up from recruiters or any one. Sent follow up to recruiter as suggested and was ghosted. Had to move on and interview at other places. Thought interview went well only to be left hanging afterwards.

I did a take-home exam in Golang where I had to share my repo and then explain my solution. After that, there were some team fit interviews, and then I went back for coffee with the engineering director. The whole technical interview part was pretty smooth and nice, made me think well of the company. I decided not to go further though because I got a better offer elsewhere that's closer to home.

Behavioral Other

There were two separate virtual interviews. Both ladies I spoke with were amazing. I was comfortable and able to show who I was; it felt genuine. I really felt heard and not rushed. I would say it was more about quality than quantity for their interviews, where they actually wanted to know about who they would bring in to their team. Both were professional and sweet. They described Devoted Health with positive details and really excited me. We reviewed my past jobs and experience and I was asked about my priorities.
