Technical Coding

The communication was slow, and the interviews felt repetitive. They had a generic coding test, and the expectations weren't clear. The interviewers seemed indifferent, and feedback was delayed. The whole process felt rigid, and it was an average talent screening. It felt like a waste of time, leading to mild frustration and little insight into the role or company. Overall, the outcome was unremarkable, and my engagement was low.

Coding Technical

Had a first interview with HR, then a meeting with the final client, a more technical one. The process was average, as any outsourcing company works essencially. The technical one was only with the client, still waiting for feedback from both

Behavioral Technical Coding

Had a screening call with HR and then a video call later that week. The HR person was really open and asked a lot of technical questions, plus they answered all my questions about the company. Then I had a 1-hour coding test on a platform, which involved questions about JS & Node. After that, they got back to me with results and next steps. Later, I had a 30-minute technical interview via video call with a Manager. This manager seemed pretty annoyed, barely showed any interest, and was frankly a jerk from start to finish. They asked a couple of personal questions and interrupted me when I was answering, then asked some technical questions, and while I was answering those, they kept looking at their phone and typing. They said they'd get back to me in a week but never did, and the HR person also went silent and unresponsive. It was honestly the worst interview experience I've had in years. If you don't have time to talk to a candidate, why even schedule an interview? The HR screening was the only positive part of this whole process.
