I applied through external HR, and it was supposed to be two rounds: one technical and one business. I only completed the first round. Two senior data scientists were present. The first interviewer started on time, introduced himself, and then asked theoretical questions. The second interviewer gave me a dataset for a live assessment, which I found frustrating because it was only 8 minutes, and I could have prepared my environment if I had known beforehand. The meeting ended while the second interviewer was still speaking.

The interview process has a few parts. First, there's an HR chat where we mostly talk about my background, why I want this role, and my soft skills. Then, the second part is a technical interview with the manager. This is where we dive into more specific questions about the job, like my technical skills, how well I understand what the role involves, and if I can solve real problems related to what the company does.
