I had an initial interview and they told me I would move to the next stage. We then set up a meeting for this second stage, but it got cancelled because an interviewer was sick. They asked me to wait a few days while the team rescheduled. Then, I was informed that the process was no longer moving forward. I'm not really sure what happened in the middle of it all; I didn't get any feedback or explanation, just a rejection notice for an interview that hadn't even happened.

The interview process started off great with a couple of smooth interview rounds. Then, the recruiter set up a third interview. But, 30 minutes before it was supposed to happen, I got an email saying we needed to reschedule for the next week. I was fine with that, but they never got back to me, and then the next week I got a rejection. It was super unprofessional and a total waste of my time. They should be ashamed, and no one should work there if they treat people like that.

It was quite fast, everything was very quick, and I was hired within a week. After registering for the job, they contacted me within 5 minutes to schedule an interview with HR. Then I interviewed with the global department's general manager, and it was lovely. After that, they gave me great feedback and told me about the next steps. Finally, the manager informed me they were hiring me. They made me an offer, I counter-offered, and they accepted it 3 days later. Very happy.

Behavioral Technical Presentation

Applied and then went through a recruiter review. Next was an interview with the Sales RVP (M.Soluri), followed by a peer interview, and finally an interview with the VP Sales. The HR recruiter basically read the job description aloud and didn't really ask any questions, just confirmed I was moving forward. The process involved confirming who was involved, then the RVP Sales had to approve the next step with him. My personal opinion is the company is trying to buy people based on what they think is experience rather than actual skill or talent to drive the necessary growth. Not impressed with the RVP, as they seem to want transactional reps focused on selling based on price to drive revenue growth.
