Case Manager
It was a chill but professional interview process, which made me enthusiastic about joining the company. There was an intense but useful four-week training period. Overall, it was a really good experience because everyone there is so nice and supportive.
- Could you share your greatest area for improvement?
Director
Had a brief meeting with other directors and some senior staff. Most of the questions were about my history in the industry, my previous job duties, and how I handled them. They asked the usual 'how did you handle this type of situation?' questions.
- Do you think you are capable of handling this job?
Case Management Specialist
I had a phone interview for about 20 minutes, and then two separate in-person interviews that were around 30 to 45 minutes each. Three people were there asking questions and taking notes in a conference room. They asked general interview questions.
- Tell me about yourself
- What kind of behavioral questions do you have?
- Can you give me some scenario questions?
Program Administrator
So I first had a quick chat with a recruiter over the phone. After that, I went in for an in-person interview with two of the managers from the department. They asked me some general interview questions, plus some that were specific to working with people with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
- Can you describe your experience working with individuals in the I/DD community?
