The interview process started with a 30-minute recruiter call where we talked about the job, duties, and typical HR stuff. The recruiter was really nice. Then, there was a technical interview where I got asked a bunch of .NET, C#, and database questions. It was a really good experience. I'm still waiting to hear back about an interview with the manager, but I am getting feedback, which is a positive sign.

First, your resume is screened to see if it matches the job. Then, a recruiter will chat with you to see if you're a good fit, asking about your salary expectations and motivation. After that, you'll do a technical test or practical project, like coding problems or case studies, which the tech team will review for accuracy and your thought process. Next, you'll have a technical interview with the team to dive deeper into your skills, methodologies, and past experiences, focusing on what the role needs. They'll also do a behavioral and cultural interview to see how you'd fit into the DevPro environment, checking your teamwork and adaptability. If everything goes well, you'll get a job offer with all the details.

Confirmed questions1 question
  • Could you walk me through a difficult project you built from the ground up, detailing the stages and technical decisions involved?
