Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Deutsche Telekom.
Sales
The two interviews I had were remote (via Teams). It was quick, one hour for each. It's also true that I had a Headhunter beforehand so the process is simpler, I think.
- Tell me about your past experience.
- What are some of your best projects that you have worked on?
Sales
The interview process depends on various factors. The stages generally follow a set order, and the time allocated for each stage is usually fixed. However, small companies where the boss often conducts the interview themselves can be less conventional. Despite this, they still go through the main interview stages. Overall, it's quite relaxed.
- What are your strengths and weaknesses.
Sales Representative

- What are your five-year career goals?
