I went through 3 rounds of interviews. I asked for a follow-up and was told days later that no decision had been made yet. Ultimately, I never heard back about the final decision, even though I was promised during the process that I would be informed. The lack of follow-up and communication during the interview process was very frustrating and unprofessional. Management should start respecting candidates’ time. This whole process left a very negative impression.

I had 2 phone interviews with DT, and they were both pretty easy. I didn't talk to HR, although I later found out the company doesn't even have an HR department :)

After submitting my online application, I was directly invited for an onsite interview at their offices. My future manager and a colleague interviewed me in a very relaxed atmosphere. The interview mostly consisted of standard questions like 'why this company' and 'why should we hire you'. There were no difficult questions, case studies, or brain teasers. About 15 minutes were dedicated to testing my general industry knowledge, without touching upon my academic background. The entire interview lasted about an hour. Afterwards, I got a tour of the building, which was nice. I received an offer a week later.
