The organization of the interview was good and flexible. The conversation was pleasant, and feedback on the next interview was quick, as was the confirmation of the offer. The first interview involved a classic case study that needed to be worked on and presented.

Behavioral Presentation Case
It took about three months from applying to getting the final offer. I had a behavioral phone interview first. Then I had to write an essay about my most challenging and successful project at my previous job (I worked at one of the Big Four audit firms). After that, I had a first in-person interview with a Senior Consultant and a Principal, which included a case study. The second in-person interview was with another Principal and an HR person. Lastly, I had a phone interview with the HR Director, which also included a case study. The whole hiring process was really long, and honestly, the last phone interview felt pretty unfair since I had already passed the in-person interviews. I think the denial was mainly based on the HR's judgment and that final HR phone call.
