The interview process consisted of three phone calls. It was a very short and easy process where we discussed my experience and the role. Everyone I spoke with was open and easy to talk to, and HR was quite responsive during that time. I did not visit the office as it was not available at the time.

I applied online and got a call for a phone interview the very next day. We scheduled it for two days out. Then, at 1:30pm, she called to say something came up and we had to reschedule for two hours later. I was fine with it, so I waited again. When she called back, she started asking questions that went from relevant to totally random. It felt like she was just reading from a list and not paying attention to my answers. Like, after I talked about industry trends and my experience, she asked if I was an American citizen. Yeah, I already put that on the online form you clearly didn't read. Then she immediately asked if I'd need sponsorship for the job. We wrapped it up quickly after that. I didn't get the job, obviously, and it felt like a waste of my time, especially after having to reschedule. Definitely amateur hour from the interviewer; the company seems okay, but they need better HR people.

Had a quick phone interview that lasted about 10 minutes. Then, I was invited for an in-person interview. I didn't expect to meet the whole team of 8 people during the in-person interview. The meeting started late because the interviewer was 30 minutes behind schedule, which messed up the whole timing a bit, but it was manageable. Everyone I met asked the same basic questions, like 'tell me about yourself,' and spoke with me for about 10 minutes before heading to their next meeting. The job seemed interesting, but based on how they explained it, it sounded pretty unglamorous and not well-paid. On the other hand, the team seemed like a really great group to work with.

I had an initial screening call with the recruiter, who said I was a top candidate and moving to the next round. They asked for my availability. I sent it but didn't hear back. The recruiter apologized for being busy and asked for new availability for the next week. I sent that too, and still no response. I followed up to see if I was still being considered, but never heard back.
