I only had one phone call, and then did not hear back. I ended up taking another job a few weeks later. Once I started the new job they called me back to continue the process, but I did not continue because I already accepted a job. I would have liked if they had gotten back to me sooner.

It started with a call from HR, then a Zoom interview with the hiring manager where they asked about my experience and why I'd fit the role.

I was first contacted by phone about the Volunteer Services Coordinator position, with the goal of setting up an in-person interview. I missed the initial call and subsequent attempts to reach them went unanswered, even though I called and left messages multiple times. It turns out they claimed to never receive them. Over a week later, we finally scheduled an in-person interview. The interview itself didn't go as well as I'd hoped; I felt unable to effectively present my qualifications. This was partly due to unexpected questions that caught me off guard, making the experience a bit awkward. I suspected I wouldn't receive an offer, especially after the initial communication issues and the interview's outcome. I was also frustrated by the poor start to the process. Two weeks after the interview, I followed up but received no response. Eventually, I got a rejection letter in the mail, which I found inefficient given my email contact. The front desk person was very friendly, though, and I enjoyed chatting with her while I waited.

The interview process was good. The HR and CFO were nice and asked fair questions during a live interview. However, I would expect a response after that. I haven't heard back in over 6 months.
