It was a pretty straightforward interview. They asked basic STAR questions like 'Tell me about a time...' After the initial phone interview, I met with them in person, and then I got an offer a few days later. Just be yourself when you go in.

The first part of the interview process went well, and I got a call from the recruiter super fast, like within a day, to set up a meeting. But then things got a little messy. The director contacted me about another interview, but the recruiter then told me they weren't moving forward. It was kinda disappointing that there wasn't better communication between the hiring team and the recruiters. I think they should try to get on the same page so it's a smoother experience for people applying.

The interview process was pretty chill, the interviewer was nice. This internship was part of a program called Project Genesis, which ran from 2006 to 2017. It was for students who wanted to go into the medical field. We got to do some shadowing with PCPs, nurses, PCAs, and also some administrative work.

The whole hiring and interview process took about 4 months from when I first sent my cv until they made me the job offer. There were 3 phone interviews in total, starting with HR, then people from DMC, and then the Physician leadership team. After that, there were 43 on-site interviews. The first set of on-site interviews was with my potential management team. The second round involved an interview with the Operations/IT Manager and the Director of Coding. The third round was with my future boss, and the final one was with the CEO of the Medical Group. In total, I spent about 11-15 hours in interviews.
