The interview process went really well. The first interview was with the hiring manager who was super clear about the job and what they expected. They seemed more like a business partner than a boss. After I answered some questions about my background, I got invited back for a second interview the next day and had to do a background check. The second interview was with a Team Leader who mentioned they started in the same role I was interviewing for and explained the business structure in detail. This second interview lasted about an hour. Right after that, I had to complete a questionnaire before meeting the hiring manager one last time to discuss any final questions or concerns. The office and the team seemed very professional and like a great group to work with. I'd totally recommend this job if you're ready to work hard and be successful.

Was supposed to be two interviews, but it ended up being four. I asked about the pay rate in every interview, but they didn't share it until the last one. The people seemed nice, but also kinda like shady salespeople. Brian, the owner, swore a lot when telling the company's story. The third interview was super long, about 2 hours, and mostly the owner talked about his own experiences, successes, and failures. The fourth interview was just to discuss salary, and then I found out it was only $10.50 an hour, which is less than McDonald's, and after a 90-day probation, it would move up to $33,000 salary. Honestly, they should be looking for an intern and maybe hire them after the 90-day probation.

The interview process has three steps. The first step lasts about 45 minutes to an hour and involves tough questions designed to see if you're a good fit for the company, which is the top marketing firm in the country. The second step takes an hour or more, focusing on understanding you better, explaining the job, and checking if you'd like the role. The third step is when they offer you the job.

There was a really cool 3 interview process. It started with an initial interview, then an on-the-job-site interview, and finally another interview with the main person. Everyone was super welcoming, quick, and clear. Dress in business professional attire for this professional career position.
