I chatted with the principal at his place. I introduced myself and talked about how much I love teaching. The interview made me feel good and gave me a clear picture of the job.

I interviewed at the school itself. Two administrators asked me questions, taking turns and writing notes on my answers. They asked me to expand on some of my responses. I was offered the job on the same day.
