Project Manager
The application process was pretty fast. I submitted my resume and then got an email asking me to complete some paperwork and let them know when I was free for a phone interview. I sent in the forms (just a repeat of my resume) and my availability. Radio silence after that. I followed up two times. After the second follow-up, I got an email with the wrong name and a request to reschedule my interview. I responded that I thought they had the wrong person since my name is ___ and we hadn't actually set up an interview. No response even after that. No apology, no attempt to schedule, not even confirmation that they got my paperwork. It was all really weird and a letdown.

Project Manager
I got referred by someone I knew for a Digital PM role, there were 3 spots open and by the time I talked to the hiring manager 2 were already taken. The interview itself was pretty straightforward, more of a chat about what they needed, my skills, and a couple of general life questions. I didn't get the job, but they asked me to interview for a freelance gig with another team, so I ended up going for that.

Project Manager
I got contacted on LinkedIn, then had a phone chat. After that, I went in for an in-person interview with a bunch of the team members. They told me I was the first candidate they talked to and they would let me know. A few weeks later, I followed up. They said they liked me but were still figuring things out and would get back to me. I never heard anything back.
