I had a first chat with the recruiter, then a second with the team. But then they totally ghosted me. It's a shame to waste people's time like that.

The interview process was pretty straightforward. You'll go through three rounds of interviews, and after the final one, they'll let you know if you got the job.

Confirmed questions1 question
  • The questions asked during the interview vary each time. For instance, my friend who was hired was asked a completely different set of questions than I was.

The hiring process started with a quick phone screen, and then there was another interview a week later. This role was not what was advertised; it was presented as an Account Manager, but it's actually a hybrid role that combines Project Management, Service Delivery, and Account Management, likely to save costs. Before the interview, I had to complete a case study, which involved planning a fictional client move with a proposal and a PowerPoint presentation. The interview itself was a panel of about 7 or 8 people. They asked me questions for around 45 minutes, focusing on my experience with managing people. I then presented my PowerPoint and answered a few more questions designed to understand my thought process. Shortly after the interview, they called to ask for clarification on my answer about managing people and I also sent a follow-up email with the clarification. Apparently, that one question was enough to disqualify me. This seems like a flaw in the process, as it could have been addressed in the initial phone screen.

Behavioral Technical Other

It was good. They asked about my education background and experiences. Then, a panel of 4 people kept asking me questions about end-user support and terminologies. It felt like they were trying to intimidate me. They also stressed the 'customer is always right' idea. There were some behavior questions too, like what I would do with a difficult customer.
