The interview process here is pretty unstructured. You'll probably chat with about 3-4 team members over Zoom, and then there's an onsite interview. They might throw in a product design or sense question, but mostly they want to hear about challenges and successes you've had in your previous projects or roles.

The interview process is easy, but the salary negotiation is not satisfying. Haven't received the expected salary package. 2 rounds are versant test and personal interview. The interview process is a multiple-stage process for hiring new employees. The stages mainly comprise job interviews held either one-on-one, with a group of candidates, or with a panel. The interview process started with a phone screening, followed by a hiring manager interview. Then there were 5 more rounds of interviews: 2 behavioral, 2 technical, and 1 fundamentals. It took them 2 whole weeks of dragging their feet to schedule this interview, and I had to prod them at every step every week to keep the process moving. I did not get an offer, and the feedback was "interviewers weren't sure where you were in the job hunt process," which isn't helpful or constructive feedback. When I asked for clarification, I didn't get it. Additionally, I had to take a phone call to get the rejection and waited 20 minutes past the pre-arranged time for it.

Had a phone call with the CTO where they discussed my background and explained the company. The following week, I went on-site for a really nice meeting with the team. It was a 2-3 hour session that included a coding exercise and a design question. An offer came about a week after that. The whole experience was smooth, and the team was very welcoming.
