I met with my potential manager and their boss. We talked in the front conference room. It was a panel interview, and then they showed me around the facility. I got a call about the job within a week after that.

I interviewed with the Chief Engineer and the HR manager. They mostly asked about my experience with SolidWorks and GD&T. They didn't ask any personality questions like 'What's your biggest weakness?'. They focused only on engineering experience. Even if they offered me the job, I wouldn't have taken it because while they build great products, the engineering department didn't seem like a fun place to work.

Getting started was pretty simple. The business is a bit unusual, but you get used to it. The pay wasn't great, so I found a job that paid more. So yeah.
